About us: weatherization done as a whole system
We’re an insulation and weatherization contractor based in Strongsville, Ohio. Good weatherization isn’t one product. It’s controlling heat, air and moisture together so a building stays comfortable and uses less energy in every season.
What we do
Blown-in cellulose and fiberglass, fiberglass batts, air sealing, vapor barriers and ventilation, in attics, walls, floors, basements and crawl spaces.
The payoff: Each piece covers a different weak spot. Used together, they make a complete building envelope.
How we work
We look at how heat, air and moisture move through your building, then do the work in the right order: seal the leaks, insulate to depth and keep the space ventilated.
The payoff: Insulation slows heat, but it doesn’t stop air. Leaks left behind keep wasting energy.
Who we serve
Homeowners, builders and general contractors, and commercial property owners throughout Strongsville and the surrounding Northeast Ohio communities.
The payoff: Same careful work whether it’s an attic top-up, a new home or a commercial build-out.
What we do
Our insulation & weatherization services
Pick the work that fits your building, or let us recommend the right combination. Have something that doesn’t fit neatly in a box? Ask about your project.
Blown-In Cellulose
Loose-fill insulation made largely from recycled paper fibers and treated for fire resistance. Blown into attics and dense-packed into enclosed walls, it fills gaps around wiring and framing.
Blown-In Fiberglass
Lightweight loose-fill glass fibers blown evenly across attic floors and open spaces. It doesn’t absorb water, resists settling, and is a quick way to bring an attic up to depth.
Fiberglass Batts
Pre-cut blankets sized for studs, joists and rafters. A practical choice for open walls in new construction, additions, basements and crawl spaces, installed snug with no gaps.
Air Sealing
Sealing hidden cracks around top plates, plumbing and wiring penetrations, chases and attic hatches, so conditioned air stays in and drafts stay out.
Vapor Barriers
Sheeting and retarders that control how moisture moves into walls, floors and crawl spaces, installed where they belong for the Ohio climate to protect insulation and framing.
Ventilation
Soffit, ridge and roof vents plus baffles that keep insulation from blocking airflow, letting the attic release heat and moisture in summer and winter.
Doing it in the right order
Seal, insulate, ventilate — so the insulation actually works
Blowing new insulation over open leaks leaves drafts and moisture problems buried underneath. We work in sequence so every layer can do its job.
1
Look it over
Check the attic, walls and floors for gaps, thin spots and moisture.
2
Air seal first
Close penetrations and bypasses before any insulation goes in.
3
Insulate
Add blown-in or batt insulation to even, continuous coverage.
4
Ventilate & protect
Keep air moving in the attic and control moisture where it belongs.
Sequence is what makes it perform
A job can look finished and still waste energy. Sealing the leaks first, then building up an even layer of insulation and keeping the attic ventilated, is what makes a building feel more comfortable and run more efficiently.
